Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Final sale items (team-specific sports apparel), and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. (Non-customized MVMS and/or LAMS athletic/pre-athletic gear is eligible for exchange if all other eligibility requirements are met)
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- All returns without exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and only applies to non-customized MVMS and/or LAMS athletic/pre-athletic gear.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Please use a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages.
