Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Final sale items (team-specific sports apparel), and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.  (Non-customized MVMS and/or LAMS athletic/pre-athletic gear is eligible for exchange if all other eligibility requirements are met)

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • All returns without exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and only applies to non-customized MVMS and/or LAMS athletic/pre-athletic gear.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
